This stainless steel EGR blanking plate is designed for Volvo D3, D4 and D5 engines equipped with the 5-cylinder diesel engine. Blocking the EGR prevents hot, soot-filled exhaust gases from re-entering the intake system, helping the engine stay cleaner and reducing common carbon build-up issues associated with the platform.

Made from 1.5 mm stainless steel, this blanking plate is durable, corrosion-resistant and installs easily using basic tools. Simply loosen the EGR flange bolts, slide the plate into position, and retighten.
