- Do you ship to my country?
- I received an order confirmation but no tracking code, why?
Your order probably hasn't been fulfilled or dispatched yet. We send out emails when your product is fulfilled and another when tracking is available.
- My parcel never arrived - where is it?
Please check the tracking before send us a message. We can help you find it.
- My product arrived damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us and send photos of the damage & packaging condition.
- My product broke soon after installing, what can I do?
Please contact us and send photos of the damage. We will try to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase if possible.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards (through Stripe and Shopify Payments) and cash on collection. We also offer 0% financing with Klarna - you can buy now pay later, or slice it into 3 monthly payments, you choose. It doesn't cost you any more to do this, and helps spread the cost.
- Can you paint/modify a product for me?
Yes if you order it brand new from us. We can provide powder coating, painting and machining on products.
- Why do I have to pay for return shipping?
Unless it is our mistake, we don't cover return shipping costs. We also cannot cover international return shipping costs, sorry.
- Can you provide fitting?
Yes, probably. If you are local to us (Warrington, UK) then send us a message. We'll be happy to help.
- Can you hold a product until I get paid?
Sorry, we can't. Maybe you can pay with Klarna or PayPal Credit?
- Do you have any finance options?
