Volvo S60 R / V70 R Jetex Cat Back Exhaust System (2003-2007)

The Jetex cat back exhaust system for the Volvo S60 R and V70 R (2003-2007) is a stainless steel performance half system built for the 2.5T 300bhp five-cylinder. It replaces the factory exhaust from the catalytic converter back, freeing up flow and giving the R a deeper, more purposeful note without the drone of a straight-through race system.

Choose between two versions. The Resonated system (Jetex 2B-H5R) keeps a front resonator for a refined, road-friendly tone. The Non-Resonated system (Jetex 2B-H5TR) is supplied with racepipe 2BT30R in place of the front resonator for a louder, sharper sound and is the popular choice for remapped or Stage 2+ cars. Jetex note that the engine can be remapped with either version.

The system is made in 63.5mm and 50.8mm stainless steel pipework and finishes with twin 70mm round tailpipes. The tailpipes are adjustable, so they can be set to sit neatly in the rear valance. Jetex catalogue this as a "Half System" for the S60 R Turbo (03-07) and V70N R Turbo (03-07).
