Designed for the Volvo S60, V60, XC60, V70, XC70 and S80, this uprated front sway bar replaces the smaller factory bar with a substantially stiffer, performance-focused setup.

The anti-roll bar links the left and right sides of the suspension and resists body roll as the car corners. Increasing front roll stiffness helps keep the chassis flatter through faster direction changes, providing a more controlled and confidence-inspiring front end.

Hardrace increases the bar diameter from the quoted 20.5mm factory specification to 25.4mm, giving the front suspension greater resistance to roll without requiring stiffer springs or dampers.

Unlike a fixed-rate replacement bar, this version features two adjustment positions, allowing the effective stiffness to be altered to suit the rest of the suspension setup and the driver's preference.

The bar uses a hollow, heat-treated high-strength steel construction, helping deliver increased torsional rigidity without adding unnecessary weight. It is designed as an OE-style replacement and uses the original chassis mounting locations.

This makes it an excellent chassis upgrade for everything from fast-road P3 Volvos to cars running lowering springs, coilovers, uprated dampers, performance tyres and rear anti-roll bar upgrades.

For the most balanced result, front and rear anti-roll bar stiffness should be considered together. Increasing front roll stiffness can alter the balance between understeer and oversteer, so the adjustable design gives additional flexibility when fine-tuning the car.

Important: Not suitable for Volvo models equipped with the 8-cylinder engine.
