Hardrace Volvo Adjustable Drop Links – S60 V60 V70 V40

Correct anti-roll bar geometry on your lowered Volvo with the Hardrace Adjustable Stabiliser Links. Designed for selected Volvo S60, V60, V70, XC70, S80 and V40 models, these adjustable drop links allow the effective link length to be fine-tuned between 280mm and 319mm to suit changes in suspension ride height.

Lowering a Volvo with performance springs or coilovers changes the relationship between the suspension and anti-roll bar. Retaining fixed-length standard drop links can place unnecessary preload into the anti-roll bar when the car is sitting at its new ride height.

Adjustable drop links allow the anti-roll bar to be correctly positioned and unnecessary preload reduced, helping the suspension and anti-roll bar work as intended.

Hardrace manufactures the links from high-tensile steel with tight ball joints and protective rubber boots for increased strength, rigidity and service life. The joints also use a self-lubricating plastic bearing design, providing smooth operation with a precise connection between the suspension and anti-roll bar.

For lowered road cars, fast-road builds and Volvos running height-adjustable coilovers, these are a worthwhile supporting suspension upgrade. They are especially useful where ride height has been changed significantly from factory specification and the standard fixed-length links no longer place the anti-roll bar in its ideal position.

The kit is supplied as a matched pair with M10 ball studs and an adjustment range of 280–319mm.

Installation Note: The correct link length should be set with the vehicle suspension at its normal loaded ride height. Adjustable links should not simply be matched to the original links when the vehicle has been significantly lowered.
