D5 3" Stainless Steel Downpipe & DPF Delete – (Manual)

The ALG Performance 3-inch (76 mm) stainless steel downpipe & DPF delete pipe is engineered for maximum exhaust flow on Volvo D5 manual transmission models. Designed for off-road and track use, this high-flow system removes the restrictive factory downpipe and DPF section, significantly improving exhaust gas flow, turbo response and overall engine performance.

Manufactured in the UK from high-grade stainless steel, the pipe features a custom laser-cut mounting flange, fully TIG welded and back-purged for superior strength and durability. A high-quality stainless ILOK flexi section is incorporated to reduce stress, accommodate engine movement and improve long-term reliability.

With its mandrel-bent 3" bore, this downpipe is ideal for tuned D5 setups, supporting increased power, reduced exhaust back pressure and improved thermal efficiency under load.
