Hardrace Roll-Center Adjusters are special CNC machined spacers to correct the roll centre on lowered cars. This relieves some of the angles on the driveshaft CV joints and will prolong CV joint life - this is why we call it the Driveshaft Saver. Driveshafts are a common fault with P1 chassis cars and it is easy to see why - there are tons of lowered cars! Even a drop of 50mm can wear driveshafts quickly and they are not cheap to replace.
By installing the Hardrace Roll-Center Adjusters, will correct the suspension geometry of a lowered car, putting the control arms back closer to their original position, resulting in increased steering response and stability while eliminating bump steer.
Decrease roll
Improves tire contact patch with the road
Increases steering wheel responsiveness
Enables increased cornering force
Prolong driveshaft life
The Roll-Centre Adjusters are also bundled with uprated Hardrace ball joints. You should replace the ball joint as they can be easily damaged during removal and are not designed to be fitted with RCA Plates.
Optional Upgrade Extended Tie Rods: The OEM Tie Rod Ends will have to be adjusted to compensate for your steering angle for the new ball joints. They will toe in without adjustment. Adjusting the OEM Tie Rod ends may result in the Tie Rod End only being attached by a few threads.
The Hardrace Extended Tie Rod Ends have a deeper socket and will have sufficient thread to allow for full adjustment.
